About Salmon Wallet

Salmon keeps essential wallet activity clear: create or import a wallet, receive funds, send transactions, review signing requests, and use selected Solana integrations. The wallet core stays focused while optional Powerups can add capabilities when they solve a defined user problem.

Self-custodial means Salmon does not hold recovery phrases or control user funds. The source code is public so developers and users can inspect how the wallet is built.

Salmon gives emerging projects a structured path to integration and measurable use. Applications are reviewed for security, user value, product coherence, technical compatibility, maintainability, partner commitment, and adoption potential. Technical inclusion does not imply endorsement or guaranteed placement.

The project is community-driven and develops in public. Salmon also operates a Solana validator with externally verifiable performance data. Public claims on this site are limited to evidence that can be checked through the product, source repository, or live infrastructure.

Salmon passed a security audit in 2024 sponsored by the Eclipse Foundation and performed by Halborn. Open-source code, a focused core, clear signing information, and review of integrations are part of the project’s approach to accountable wallet infrastructure.
